We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within:
United States
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Processing begins once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Once your order has been processed, estimated transit times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please allow 7–10 business days total for standard orders, including processing and shipping. Expedited shipping only applies to the shipping transit time and does not shorten the 4–5 business-day processing time.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.
Important Note for Events & Celebrations
Because our products are often created for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ trips, weddings, and other special occasions, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your event date.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order sooner than our standard timeframe, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether a rush order is available.
